Seed Trays
Open containers for feeding seed, made of polycarbonate in the form of very shallow bowls and either attached to the base of a tubular feeder or mounted on a garden pole. Examples are the A-Tray and B-Tray offered by Jacobi Jayne & Company and fitting most feeders, and the Universal Seed Tray and Giant Seed Tray produced by Droll Yankees Inc., which are pole-mounted. The larger seed trays can also be used for feeding kitchen scraps, while the Giant type also acts as a guard against squirrels.A Bird On! Definition from the Encyclopaedia of Birdcare
